We're overjoyed to be bringing you an update jam-packed with good news: Most importantly, the first backer rewards for Skyrise have begun to arrive! If you have already had a chance to play, be sure to rate the game over on BGG! We'd love to hear what you think.

Regional Updates
For the US, Mexico, Puerto Rico:
Packages have started shipping but we still expect the majority of packages to be shipped between April 12th and April 19th.
In most cases, pledges are being shipped via FedEx and for those in remote areas, USPS. Please note the shipper is CABVI"Central Association for the Blind" in Utica, NY. YES, they do fulfillment! Isn't that so cool? We linked to their about page if you want to learn more about them.
There was a problem with the tracking emails early on and we apologize for that. We've been told this has been corrected as of April 9th. Tracking notifications are being sent from "[email protected]".
For Canada:
Adam from our team visited Ziing's warehouse today to check in on everything. They are in the process of packing all pledges now.
No packages have gone out yet, they will all be shipped out together next week, on either April 17th or 18th or 19th.
You will receive a tracking email when your pledge ships.
For Australia & New Zealand:
Packages may have started shipping, but we still expect the majority of packages to be shipped between April 12th and April 19th.
Packages will be fulfilled by Armarlo. You should receive a tracking email when your package ships
Asia:
All stock and wooden discs have arrived at VFI Asia, and fulfillment has begun. VFI uses local hubs for many of their destinations. This means additional time for the stock to reach the hub, but then a quick turnaround in the destination country because the pledges + add-ons are fully boxed and packed already.
Europe / UK / [Any other country listed on the campaign shipping graphic but not listed above]:
The vessels have reached the ports! Fulfillment should begin in late April, but backers can follow along with Gamesquest's weekly blog updates here as well: https://www.gamesquest.co.uk/blogs/gamesquest-blog

Welcome back to the clouds!
Team Roxley is back with another sky-high update as we approach the final stretch of the Skyrise fulfillment journey. Get ready to float into the latest details, as we break things down by region:
USA, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Australia, New Zealand: All stock and wooden discs have arrived at warehouses as of March 28th! Packages should start going out as early as next week, but likely the majority of packages will be shipped between April 12th and April 19th.
Asia: All stock and wooden discs have arrived at VFI Asia as well. VFI uses local hubs for many of their destinations. This means additional time for the stock to reach the hub, but then a quick turnaround in the destination country because the pledges + add-ons are fully boxed and packed already. That said, the time-to-hub estimates we have been provided are:
- China / Hong Kong / Macao: No hub, 2-3 days arrival - Taiwan: 7 days - Japan / South Korea: 14 days - Singapore / Malaysia: 21 days - Philippines / Thailand / Vietnam: 30 days - Indonesia / Israel / India / United Arab Emirates: 45 days - South Africa: 60 days
Europe / UK / [Any other country listed on the campaign shipping graphic but not listed above]: The vessels are now scheduled to reach port on April 1st in Germany and April 7th in the UK. The wooden discs have been delivered to the German warehouse and will be arriving in the UK on April 4th. Port Arrivals + Fulfillment Dates!

Welcome back to the skies!
We're pleased to report that some freight shipments have started to arrive at fulfillment centers! Here is the rundown for each region:
USA: The vessel should reach port today! Allowing another two weeks for transit to the warehouse, fulfillment should begin at the start of April!
Canada: On some past projects, we shipped the Canadian stock along with our US stock, and then forwarded it to Canada. As fellow Canadians, we understand the unintended frustration this has caused, so we made sure to ship directly to our Calgary warehouse this time. And great news... the shipment has already been delivered! The wooden tokens (sent by air) are expected to arrive by the end of next week, and fulfillment should begin before the end of March!
Australia / New Zealand: This shipment has also arrived at our fulfillment warehouse! We're just waiting on the wooden discs now, but again, fulfillment should begin before the end of the month.
Europe: The vessel is scheduled to reach port on March 27th, so the wooden discs will arrive before the main freight does. Everything is on track, and fulfillment is expected to begin in mid-April!
UK: This ship has a port arrival date of March 31st, so it's pretty similar to the EU shipment. Fulfillment should begin mid-April!
Asia: All stock has arrived! Packing of orders will begin in the last week of March, and fulfillment will begin at the start of April!
Thank you for your patience and support! We can finally begin counting down the days and weeks until we are all able to experience the joy of Skyrise on our game tables!

Still on Boats + Updated Timeline

Greetings, Skyrisers!
It's been two weeks since our last update, and the status of Skyrise's freight journey is much the same. The boats are progressing on schedule, with port arrival expected in the coming days.
In a previous update, we mentioned a printing error in the wooden token packs. We can now share that the corrected tokens have a completion date of March 15th, and will be air-shipped directly to our fulfillment centers. With that timeline confirmed, we expect that fulfillment of Skyrise rewards will begin at the end of March.

Today's update will be another quickie, but we're committed to keeping the updates rolling every two weeks whether or not there's breaking news to share.
And in the spirit of breaking news ... there is no breaking news!
We expect to have approximate delivery dates to share very soon, but we're happy to report that all games are on boats, and Skyrise's freight journey is on track!
